Shipping policy

Production & dispatch

Each Stepney Editions print is produced to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping within the United Kingdom

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on print size and destination.

International shipping

We do not currently ship internationally. Stepney Editions ships to UK addresses only.

Packaging

Prints are dispatched rolled in a rigid postal tube with protective packaging, to arrive in the condition intended.

Damaged or lost items

If your print arrives damaged, contact us at hello@stepneyeditions.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
