Stepney Editions operates stepneyeditions.co.uk. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

All prints are produced to order. We aim to display colours and details as accurately as possible, but slight variation between screen and print is normal and not a fault.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you’re making an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud, in which case you’ll receive a full refund.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes won’t affect orders already placed.

6. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. As all prints are made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns; damaged or faulty items are covered as described there.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, images, designs and content on this site are the property of Stepney Editions and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stepney Editions isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
